RecommendedThese guys were a life saver. We were in town for a softball tournament, and my daughter's glove broke just before game time. After seeing full on panic in her eyes, we began seeking options for someone to restitch her glove ASAP. Someone suggested we contact Play It Again...and we are so glad we did. We explained the situation, and they asked how quickly we could get there. They provided EXCEPTIONAL service. We got her favorite glove back to her by the middle of the 3rd inning!
Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen. They double charged my credit card and are refusing to pay it back. On top of that they give you virtually nothing on trade in , you're better off selling it online yourself.
