Their website says they sell quality used equipment. I would say not that great of quality and not very good service. We bought a treadmill that worked good in the store. They would only give us a two day warranty. In a couple of months the belt started to come apart. I was willing to pay to have a new belt put on, but they said if a belt on a treadmill wears out, they just trash the treadmill. So we have a treadmill from them that only worked a couple of months. I would not buy anything from them again.
