This place is a gold mine! Honestly the most interesting and incredible record store I have ever seen. You could look for hours. Some really unique finds! The owner is a funny guy who always has a story to tell! 100% recommend checking it out.
Here's the clientele this store is for: treasure hunters who like finding what's behind the next disc. People who have eclectic tastes. People willing to do a little work. There are tens of thousands of LPs, organized by genre and most of the time by artist. Easily as many 45s unorganized in crates (this part is my favorite). Cassettes. CDs. Reel to reel. It's amazing. Did not like the vibe of the place. Alot of record sleeves did not have a vinyls inside. Buyers beware.
I love going here and digging through the CDs and records for HOURS - absolutely insane deals and the hunt compares to nothing else in Astoria. Keep in mind the hours aren't consistent, so definitely call to see if he's open. Worth every minute and penny you spend here!!
