I recently visited Platypus Shoes at Gateway Shopping Centre, Shop T47 Yarrawonga Rd, Yarrawonga NT 0830. I was surprised and delighted by Emily Melody's excellent customer service. Clients should always be treated with care and kindness and leave a store completely satisfied with their purchase. Emily was compassionate, kind, and patient as I tried on several pairs of shoes. I got a pair of ITNO street sneakers white and gold and had worn them once. The heel on the left shoe unfortunately collapsed and I didn’t have the receipt. I spoke to Mel on the phone and she’s was fantastic! She helped me get my receipt reprinted and was super fast! I was on holidays and able to swap in another store! They were also super helpful! Thank you so much!
