Disappointed, the lack of customer service in this store is so unfornate, upon reading other reviews it seems I am not the only person to walk into this store, to be ignored, have to prompt staff for assistance myself & to then be ignored again. I hope the platypus organisation reads my feedback email, regarding my experience in this store. which I then hope changes the experience for potential customers in the future to more positive outcomes.
I had a great experience with Paige—she was incredibly lovely and made me feel so welcome.
Excellent customer service from Paige at Yamanto store she was so helpful and patient. My wife was a bit fussy but Paige just kept bringing the shoe she wanted to try on. Thanks for the great friendly service.
Platypus Shoes at Yamanto Central - 27.08.2925 at 1045am Disappointing customer service! The young girl didn’t look up from the counter, at no time did she engage in conversation or offer assistance. We had to take the shoe to her to ask for different size, no offer of a sock to try the shoe or even suggest other options. Too engrossed in something else to help.
