Platypus Shoes at Yamanto Central - 27.08.2925 at 1045am Disappointing customer service! The young girl didn’t look up from the counter, at no time did she engage in conversation or offer assistance. We had to take the shoe to her to ask for different size, no offer of a sock to try the shoe or even suggest other options. Too engrossed in something else to help.
I've been wanting a new pair of casual wear shoes for winter & was so happy to find that you had them in store yesterday. I don't know the name of the young men who served me, but he was just lovely. Very helpful, without being pushy. I will definitely shop here again.
Would give zero stars if I could. The girl at the counter didn’t seem interested at all in helping me. Nobody else in the store either so not like she was occupied.. I was so keen to buy some new shoes but the lack of service made me walk away with nothing. Maybe find staff who are actually willing to serve customers.. how annoying
I was served by Rebecca last night and she was beyond lovely! She was very helpful and informative as she processed my return. I’d come back and shop at this location just for her service 😊
