Disappointed, the lack of customer service in this store is so unfornate, upon reading other reviews it seems I am not the only person to walk into this store, to be ignored, have to prompt staff for assistance myself & to then be ignored again. I hope the platypus organisation reads my feedback email, regarding my experience in this store. which I then hope changes the experience for potential customers in the future to more positive outcomes.
