I visited the Woden Platypus shop on 7 Nov 2025. I bought a pair of shoes but it felt ‘different’. Brodie went out of his way to locate a shop that had the same style in my size. The shoes arrived well in time of my departure overseas. I returned to Platypus as a happy and contest customer. My sincere thanks to Brodie for his effort. Anne
I didn't get his name but to the man working on the 8th of November in the morning, kuddos to you! You were the only staff member but gave everybody enough time to provide a quality service while still being efficient. I left with a really good pair of shoes I am super satisfied with (and to the staff- yes, the fit improved when I put in my own orthotics)!! I don't live in the Woden area but I would 110% come back because of the great range and great service.
Staff are too busy giggling and chatting needed help but was ignored
Hillary really excells at her profession. My friend and I were treated to multiple choices and sizes knowedgeably with respect and efficiency. We left with a pair of perfect shoes, on special and smiling. A 5 star experience.🙏🙏
