I was looking for a pair of shoes and visited this store. The staff were friendly and approached me to help me choose the right brand, style, and size. They were very helpful with all my questions. Great customer service — I was definitely satisfied.

After a terrible experience at the Canberra Center Store the day before, I am very pleased to say the customer service at Woden Platypus is absolutely exceptional. I got in nice and early on Black Friday with my son to get some new shoes and after trying on a few sizes and my son running around i ended up purchasing 2 pairs of shoes for him, a pair for myself and some sneaker protector (that actually works and does a better job over scotch guard). I visited the Woden Platypus shop on 7 Nov 2025. I bought a pair of shoes but it felt ‘different’. Brodie went out of his way to locate a shop that had the same style in my size. The shoes arrived well in time of my departure overseas. I returned to Platypus as a happy and contest customer. My sincere thanks to Brodie for his effort. Anne
I didn't get his name but to the man working on the 8th of November in the morning, kuddos to you! You were the only staff member but gave everybody enough time to provide a quality service while still being efficient. I left with a really good pair of shoes I am super satisfied with (and to the staff- yes, the fit improved when I put in my own orthotics)!! I don't live in the Woden area but I would 110% come back because of the great range and great service.
