Disappointed with a recent experience at Platypus Shoes in Warrnambool. While shopping at Kmart, a staff member unfairly profiled me, treating me with suspicion as if I were stealing, simply for checking a Halloween costume for my child. When I addressed it, she gave no explanation and acted like she was the victim. This experience left me uncomfortable and disrespected. Not likely to shop at Platypus Shoes again and hope they improve training on customer treatment.
I didn't have any luck finding a platypus.. Ripped off
