Went to the townsville store in stockland around late afternoon 22/4/25 and the service was very poor and very rude, my partner ask which shoe is for the ladies, she with very bad attitude said just point to it which one you wanted and I'll tell you, my partner asked again which one good for walking, she repeated herself again point to the one you like and I'll tell you she said with bad attitude, we just walked out.
