i consider this store to be champion retailers …… called them up and relayed my sad story about the doc martin chelsea boots , where the sole wore thin after 10 months i had purchased a spare pair from platypus as i loved the boot ……… after 2 slipovers and one that really hurt i no longer wanted my spare pair with cheer and alacrity emily said she would accept the boots back without the box and gave me a full refund ……… no arguements wow , retailer of the year i think 🏆🏆🏆
Bought some shoes. Told they were suede leather when we bought them. Shoes fell apart within the warranty period. In-store staff agreed they were warranty. Area manager refused warranty without even seeing them from a phone somewhere and staff informed us they weren't suede leather but rather synthetic whish wasn't what we were told we were buying originally. Pretty poor.
Stopped in to grab some new docs, and the team is so friendly and have such amazing product knowledge. Totally recommend to anyone in the area who wanna save themself a trip to Newcastle! Heaps of both functional and casual shoes for all ages
