Today I took two of my young grandaughters to this store. Hoping to buy two pair of shoes.I was the only person in the shop. Two stiffeners chatting away. I had to walk up to interrupt their conversation. Only to have the guy be very sarcastic when I didn't know the size shoe. He is says, her size is in the middle. My mum and I came in and had the best service ever by Cortney and Ella such sweet people and great at their jobs I walked out with awesome shoes that they helped me choose very impressed thank you Ella and Cortney beautiful people p.s I absolutely love the red and pink campuses 💗💗💗
The service in this store is non-existent. Staff will look up and see that you are there and then ignore you even if the store is empty. On 3 separate occasions I have walked in with the intention to buy and have ended up walking out because of this, and purchased from Hype of JD sports around the corner instead.
