I went over to purchase shoes. The girl instore ( Sorry I don’t know your name) was so welcoming, accommodating and helpful throughout. I bought a pair of shoes, got home and after putting on both realised that it’s small for me as the feet was projecting out and was wider than sole, so I took them back, they didn’t had the size I needed so she ordered it for me and got it delivered home.
Rubbish website that doesn't display stock go to two different stores only to find the carry different brands between them after waiting for their lazy staff to finally finish chatting and ignoring me I had to go and ask for help 👎🏻
This review just for TEKI she is a humble and beautiful soul help me alot last day.Actually I buy the 2 pair of shoes form another branch of platypus and i don't have receipts she managed the receipts and changed the both pairs . I still remember her manager told her send him back to from where they buy to get the receipts but she is the only one who save my return visit and time .I really want pakenham platypus raise the TEKI pay . Really Thank you TEKI . Cheers 😎
I recently visited Platypus in Pakenham and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my shopping experience so enjoyable. I purchased a pair of Crocs, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
The girls that work here are so lovely! I had my toddler with me who was getting bored and impatient waiting for me. These ladies were so patient, understanding and really helpful. They even took the time to talk to my daughter and interact with her when they could see she was becoming impatient. I just truly appreciated their understanding and kindness
