Young male worker with bouncy hair was such a joy to watch. Even though my rotting foot scab stunk out my shoes, he didn’t hesitate to assist me putting new shoes on. Will definitely try and get his number 🥹
I had a great experience shopping for shoes recently. The store was clean, well-presented, and had a good selection to choose from. Dan, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming and really made the whole experience enjoyable! The seating area was also comfortable, which made trying on shoes easy and relaxed. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and my experience at Platypus Orion. Also love my new shoes.
Very disappointed in the customer service and overall business approach of this branch. We had purchased the wrong size on our initial visit and went in to exchange it for a smaller size. Upon doing so they advised me they did not have the size we were after and gave us a solution of putting the exchange in, they were going to order the shoes in and allow us to come pick it up.
