A wonderful retail experience at this store due to one young employee, Aiden. What an amazing employee!! We were there last Sunday on a very BUSY morning. The way Aiden juggled helping everyone, (5 of us all needing service at the same time) and keeping eye contact and communication with us all was superb...that's a real skill!! and he did it all so cheerfully and politely. What a champion! We hope he is a valued and appreciated emploree!! He is gold!!

Came here on the 2nd of January 2026 to exchange some shoes that I got for Christmas the lady that served me was really lovely. But mind you I did call ahead to see if they had the right size in stock and they did and I asked if they were able to hold them for me they were so lovely and had amazing customer service skills. Definitely will be back at some point I’m sure.
Ordered on line within 10mins it was ready to he picked up, quick and easy service. Great customer service
Young male worker with bouncy hair was such a joy to watch. Even though my rotting foot scab stunk out my shoes, he didn’t hesitate to assist me putting new shoes on. Will definitely try and get his number 🥹
