On 26/06, I visited the Nowra Platypus store and was assisted by a staff member named Yasmine. She was polite, helpful, and took the time to assist my partner and me with trying on shoes. Unfortunately, the size I tried in-store didn’t fit, so Yasmine kindly offered to order a larger size and have it shipped directly to me. I went into this store the other day and the staff are so friendly and helpful. They helped me get the right sizing and were super patient while I found the right shoes for me! I can’t recommend Platypus Nowra enough for their kindness and customer service, all the staff are amazing!
I went in the other day, just browsing when the lovely shop assistant, I believe her name was Lara (?), approached me, she was very friendly and easy to chat to. She asked if I was after anything, I told her I was looking for new converses but wasn't really sure if I wanted to. We got to chatting and her professionalism, knowledge and easy manner made it so easy that I bought two pairs! I highly recommend this store.
