I had an amazing experience at a local store on Saturday, 15th February. My partner and I were struggling to find a missing croc for our 3-year-old, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. The two employees (a young male and female) were incredibly attentive, patient, and kind. They took the time to make sure our son found the perfect new pair of crocs and helped him choose some gibbets, even offering to buy one for him when he wanted another. Went looking for some casual shoes for my Mum, and the girl serving her was absolutely wonderful! Very kind, patient and had some good suggestions for Mum to try! Have to go to TTP to get the right size, but the service was lovely at Mount Barker 😊
