Terrible customer service today from one of the workers, do better with the way you speak to people.
Terrible experience in store today. We picked out the item we wanted. The worker kept telling my daughter she would grow out of them too quick. I took them upto the counter to buy and the worker kept saying she would grown out of them too quick making my daughter uncomfortable. We were advised to step away to “have a think” and then when we returned just minutes later we were told the price had changed and its too bad. I recently bought a shoe cleaning kit, I thought it won’t work at first but I tried it and it worked beautifully it even got out paint and grease stains I thought would stay on forever. The kit may be a bit pricey at $30 in my opinion but it works and is worth it.
Pathetic customer service. Barely wanted to serve me.
