Pathetic customer service. Barely wanted to serve me.
Served by Brittany today. She was so bubbly and talkative and made my day, by far the best customer service I have received to this day! Definitely a great member to our community 🩷
Could have been better customer service!! when you are two employees in Store.. Not acknowledging the only customer there, waited to be serve for another 5 mins,, Finally when asked about shoes..replied rudely to wait further!
Stood around and waited for over 10 minutes to be served before leaving the shop unserved when I would have brought a pair of shoes I was looking at not only once, but three times while staff stood and talked to each other or simply ignored customers. Poor customer service. Staff complaining loudly about being abused on phone can see why. Don’t bother wasting your time.
