I bought Salomon shoes from other Platypus store but the shoes were defective. So I tried to exchange them at this store but the staffs refused to exchange. If the shoes are faulty, you can exchange them at any store. They said they couldn’t exchange the shoes because they can’t resell them.
Olivia was super friendly and nice, and was able to help me find the right shoes! Highly recommend purchasing from her!
