Hi, l received poor customer service whilst visiting the Malvern Central store on 1 March. The assistant remained behind the counter whilst l tried shoes on and at one stage disappeared out the back for several minutes leaving me alone in the store. I was after some good walking shoes for travelling, when l asked what she would recommend she said all of the shoes in the store were good for walking! My parents and I encountered a rude and unhelpful employee at the Platypus Malvern Central store. From the beginning, right to the end. Firstly, no assistance offered when we entered the store. She did not even leave the counter when we asked her questions. We asked her how much the shoes would be after the discount and she very rudely answered “Look inside the shoe”. Wouldn't measure kids feet, provided basically no help on sizing was basically a DIY store. Shop elsewhere.
Employees don’t seem to care about selling anything. Didn’t feel like buying from here. Will go elsewhere.
