I bought Nike Air shoes at this store on December 30 for 169 AUD. They were incorrectly labeled as “Sale,” but the staff said the price was correct. I liked them, so I bought them at full price. The shoes felt fine in-store, but after wearing them in Sydney for New Year’s Eve, my right foot (the left one works perfectly fine) started hurting badly with every step. Was greeted with a beautiful smile by the Sarah. We were shopping for shoes for my care client, she was wonderful, she even guessed his size and put the shoes on his feet for him, 10/10, she is amazing with feet!

Customer Service is absolutely shocking in this store. 2 people at the counter who act as if the life has been sucked out of them any time someone walks in the store. Can’t even say hello to a single customer, and certainly make no effort to help people on the floor who are visibly needing assistance. If you had staff that wanted to make an effort you would double your amount of sales daily.
