Bought some shoes from this store today I can u that Stephanie provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to get service this good, and it really made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I bought Nike Air shoes at this store on December 30 for 169 AUD. They were incorrectly labeled as “Sale,” but the staff said the price was correct. I liked them, so I bought them at full price. The shoes felt fine in-store, but after wearing them in Sydney for New Year’s Eve, my right foot (the left one works perfectly fine) started hurting badly with every step. Was greeted with a beautiful smile by the Sarah. We were shopping for shoes for my care client, she was wonderful, she even guessed his size and put the shoes on his feet for him, 10/10, she is amazing with feet!
