I am writing to share a recent experience at your Mackay Canelands store that resulted in a lost sale and a very frustrated customer. I found a pair of shoes I wanted in my size. The initial salesperson was helpful and retrieved them from the back. However, a significant issue arose regarding the pricing. While the retail price was $199, several other retailers currently have the shoe on sale for $149. Bought some shoes from this store today I can u that Stephanie provided outstanding customer service. She was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I left with exactly what I needed. It’s rare to get service this good, and it really made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I bought Nike Air shoes at this store on December 30 for 169 AUD. They were incorrectly labeled as “Sale,” but the staff said the price was correct. I liked them, so I bought them at full price. The shoes felt fine in-store, but after wearing them in Sydney for New Year’s Eve, my right foot (the left one works perfectly fine) started hurting badly with every step.
