Went into Platypus highpoint on Friday night with the boys. served by a very pretty, young woman by the name of claudia, she has outstanding service and pays good attention to detail. She made my shopping experience here very welcoming
Was on a mission to search for a particular shoe as a gift and was helped by a young girl by claudia who was very helpful and friendly. Friendly experience for someone who has never shopped there, new customer gained!!!
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff member who served us (a blonde girl) was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. She rolled her eyes at us like we were an inconvenience just for being there. When we called her to ask for help, she completely ignored us, which was extremely frustrating and disrespectful.
