I came in to buy a pair of shoes, and a lovely young lady named Briella helped me BEAUTIFULLY! so kind and helped me find everything I needed. I will be returning to see her again!
I have always bought my Converse sneakers online but decided to go in store to try the wider fit. The assistant (who the receipt says is Merinda) was very attentive and informative. I chose the shoes I wanted but at the last minute saw another pair on the shelf I liked better. Completely unfazed, my assistant fetched the new style which I love, and I was able to replace with the initial pair I’d chosen. Every time I come in here I am never knowledge by the staff ever
I know some stores can be hit and miss, considering the last review, so I just wanted to acknowledge the two woman who assisted me. On the receipt is Elise but I didn’t get the other assistants name. I came in at the end of March looking for a pair of shoes for me, which they really helped me with sizes and styles. I ended out buying a pair for my partner and they look great on him!
