I went into Platypus looking for a good pair of Walking Shoes and was served by lovely Rosie...she worked with me 100% on trying to find the right fit, but unfortunately because I needed a Wide fitting shoe, she just couldn't find anything in her stock🥲. Thank you BOTH for the great customer service *****
Very rude people. Lied to me on the phone saying yes will exchange shoes.went there in person non negotable and just disgusting customer service. Complained shoes were worn and refused to give me another pair. Never going here again. Stay away from this awful place. Unelpful and unkind towards me

Great shoes at great prices
Just a friendly shout out... The other day in the shoe shop - Platypus, I had a young male worker their that had great customer service skills and really went above and beyond to help me find me new kicks for the year. He was very friendly and very helpful. I'll definitely be going back in there next time I need a new pair of kicks. 👟👟👟👟👟
