Platypus Frankston team were amazing! I bought a pair of ASICS and the lovely Riley served me. She was very knowledgeable, and answering all my questions that I had with a smile on her face! She recognised me from a few years ago when I came in. I highly recommend the service at Platypus. It felt personal and as if she was not trying to get a “Sale” out of my daughter and I. Compared to other Shoe stores in Bayside, Platypus will always be the store I’ll be coming back to.
Was looking for a certain pair of blue and white adidas shoes, which l couldnt find. Been to a few places but a no go. I came here and couldnt find them either, but just as l was about to walk out, l was approached by a lady (Emily) who got online found the shoes and got them delivered to my front door in 2days. Very impressed. Thanks again.
Wow! What an appalling experience at Bayside Shopping Centre. I went in yesterday to buy some shoes, no service at all yet there were 3 girls standing by the register. I wasn’t approached for assistance that I walked out of the shop. The girls were too busy talking and leaning on the counter, with one staff member doing her hair in the mirror! Shame, they lost a good customer and sale worth hundreds.
Excellent customer service, genuine and helpful. Store was out of my size but I received what must have been a fast-tracked order the next day. I probably could have found the same shoe in my size in another store in the center, but decided to purchase from Platypus anyway based on their service.
Just bought some runners. Jonathan was fantastic! Very good sales person.
