Cass is amazing!! personally I have extreme anxiety about shopping especially buying and finding shoes, Cass was super helpful, kind and supportive, a lot of the time when I shop for shoes I have been made to feel like a bother when being indecisive, but Cass was super patient!
I had a great experience at this store today. I don’t know what her name was, but a girl with light brown hair helped me pick out some skate shoes for my brother. She was so so helpful, had a smile, had high energy, and did not ignore like most retail staff do. She was fabulous! Highly recommend this store
I was very upset to come in store at Carindale and buy a new pair of vans I was excited to get for myself as the label on the shoes was priced at $129.99 and then proceeded to go to the counter and get charged $139.99, after the purchase I grabbed the shoe and brought it back to the counter to show that staff the price was incorrect that they charged me and said they put the wrong sticker on and I said they should charge me for the price it was on display for and was ignored and got an aggressive response back and was not of... read more
