My wife and I dropped in to the store just before the doors shut, to look at some sport shoes. Plenty of well priced “on sale” options. Brayden was looking after the store on his own but was polite and quick at helping my wife try on and find a good pair of trainers. He even dug up a new, untried pair once my wife decided what she wanted. Top service late in the day; a good place for buying casual and sport shoes at reasonable prices.
Very disappointed with the service by Chloe. She was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable, simply for asking to try on a few different styles of shoes and sizes. Her constant sighing and acting like everything was too much trouble was not appreciated. I am a regular customer and this experience was not up to the usual standard of great service i get from the younger girls at the City Store who actually look like they enjoy working there.
Came in store on Thursday 27th November ready to purchase 2x new pairs of shoes. Asked the sales lady working at the time (Kaitlyn) for my size in the shoe (gave her the display for refrence) she proceeded to bring me out the incorrect style and size, when prompted again asking for the size in the style I handed to her i was told that it was an odd shoe and they don't have any sizes available. I just wanted to give a massive shout out to the team member at the Canberra Centre Katelyn I went in to purchase a new pair of shoes last Friday well out of my comfort zone as I always stick to a specific brand/style but she was so helpful and kind helping me with finding a new style which I am really happy with! She was so knowledgeable and well mannered and made sure I felt comfortable trying different styles until I found a pair I liked ! Will definitely be shopping there again !
We were at Canberra center platypus today at 12:53pm, The lady at the checkout (Katelyn) was very rude. Prices on the items sticker was different that what it was scanning. When we told her we paid different prices she just took off the sticker from the item and said that item is not on sale. Very rude and donot want to hear what we were saying. Both the items we purchased had different sticker prices on the product. Also she didn’t take the security tag off from the cap we purchased for wrong price. We refunded all the item... read more
