After having some time to collect my thoughts over the past few weeks ive decided to make a formal review regarding the way i was treated by a woman who claimed to be the store manager, Katelyn. I was looking for a particular shoe. Rhi, who offered me assistance. went out her way to help. Unfortunately, I was going OS the next day, so I couldn't take up her offer.to order the shoes for me. There was no sale, but I was still treated with patience and respect

I had an awful experience at this store because of the sales assistant Rianna’s rude and racist behavior. Instead of explaining things calmly, she shouted at me when I asked for help. Her tone was aggressive, and her responses were dismissive. To make matters worse, her comments were disrespectful and inappropriate, showing clear racial bias.
