Millah is such a good worker! She made my experience amazing, at first I wasn’t sure on what shoes to buy and she went through multiple options and helped me get the shoe I needed, no ask was too much for her. We need more young people like that. I will be coming back and hope to see her again 😁

Don't buy from platypus, they sell poor quality shoes. Birkenstocks bought for $175 three months ago. I've been trying for a month to get a refund or exchange because they're completely unstuck: I can't wear them anymore. I've tried in store and they say they can't find my proof of purchase, online customer service is super long. Tip: keep your receipts when you buy here! I only have my proof of purchase from my banking app, with the date, time and amount, but it's not enough to find a quick solution.
