Went into Platypus Burleigh today and was served by Shanae and Teagan, they helped me pick out some Birkenstocks and I was served with a smile. So rare to find such good customer service these days. Props to them.

Picked up a pair of Vans Old Skools from Platypus Burleigh on Saturday 28/02 and had a great experience. I took my time deciding and went back and forth a bit, but Sinead was patient the whole way through and never rushed me. Ended up sticking with the classic option and couldn’t be happier. She was friendly, professional and had a smile on her face the entire time. Awesome service, will be back 😄
Went into buy a pair of shoes but greeted by 2 young girls that have no customer service at all and showed little interest in trying to sell there companies shoes
I have orthotics I need to place inside a shoe. Alhough I wasn't successful in finding a suitable pair, the young lady who served me was very understanding, patient and helpful. It was nice to have a good experience when I have such difficulty finding shoes. Thank you!
