Worker was great, friendly and very helpful in getting me a new pair of comfortable shoes. Only issue I have is when I got them home there was a sticker on the inside of the shoe stating they were on sale $40 less for what i paid. I chose a different color to what i tried on. I live 40 minutes away. Not worth the petrol to take them back.
Went into the store today to buy a few pair of shoes, totally empty shop with no customers - both staff on didn’t look up once to say hello or greet us, no one even attempted to ask if we needed help! So left - this is why people are going online and buying!!
Megan is a star! Working on her own, shop full of people, she managed us all with a smile! And they had our sizes! I will travel an extra mile for good service, so I'll definitely be returning again for the warm and wonderful help! Thanks again Megan 😊
Customer service was great .Staff were friendly and accommodating...didn't have my size.. no problem customer order ..delivered the next day.Wil shop there again..
Went in today to buy shoes, three staff instore not one approached or greated the three other customers in store. After 10 minutes I walked to the counter was asked what size I needed, I paid and left . If I was the store owner I’d expected more for my wages paid.
