Tried to buy a pair of shoes with my teenage daughter on the weekend. The store was not busy. Plenty of staff members there, no one willing to serve us. They were more interested in chatting amongst themselves. I was standing there with the shoe in hand! A couple of staff said hello, but kept walking before I could engage. Went to JD instead
