Awesome service from some of the boys working there the other day. I walked in to buy some socks and they helped me out quickly without trying to upsell. Can confirm socks are great quality cheers

Horrible service from the lady working there. I walked in with my son with the intention to buy two pairs of shoes. The gentleman let Me know there was 10 mins left til the shop closes. I said that’s fine thanks. picked up the shoes I wanted turned to the lady to ask for her size she says “we aren’t allowing trying of any shoes right now”. I asked “why did you let us in then?”. She said we are closing in 7 mins. I said I already know what I want and that should take only 3 mins. She says “we have a store to clean”. I walked ... read more

I called up the Brisbane CBD store. Where Ella helped us immensely get the shoes we needed & retain the discounts we had applied. She was incredibly helpful & managed to turn a poor experience (dealing with online) to a very positive one. Dylan was also very helpful. It was a really good reminder to me why we need to support our local stores rather than the online channels, the customer service cannot be matched. Thank you Ella & Dylan!
