Nobody said hello, nobody helped me try shoes on
Very helpful staff and a good sized shop
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Kaitlyn. She greeted me with such a warm and welcoming attitude the moment she saw me wondering around. I came in to exchange a pair of shoes, and she was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She made everything quick and easy, and her excellent customer service really stood out. Thank you, Kaitlyn, for making my visit such a positive experience!
I went into the store recently to purchase some shoes. Truthfully I don’t purchase shoes often so I don’t understand the new trends or to be real shoes in general. But when I walked into Brisbane Mall Platypus I was greeted by Jaydan immediately at the door. Asked how my day was, if I was interested in anything and whether I had any questions which at the time I didn’t and I proceeded to walk around. Went in here today to look for a pair of shoes to buy. Was greeted by a male staff member with a hello how are you. I replied I am good, how are you? No response. Then I walked through the store for a bit of time. Just reviewing the many different shoes. No one came over to ask if I wanted assistance or anything though three staff were behind the counter chatting away to eachother so not busy in the slightest. I went down the road to Skechers and was assisted by a lovely young girl and purchased my pair of shoes.
