The manager at this store is fantastic! I came into this store last Sunday and she was so helpful with sizing and checking stock of a pair of doc martens for me, she offered to help get them delivered as my size was out of stock. I will definitely shop at this store again! thank you :)))

Prices on website don’t match the store prices. Moreover hours on google incorrect (i’ve tried to update). Resulted in going once when closed, second time (Thursday) were open but told the prices on website no longer applied at store from that morning (so prices 33% more than shown) but would have been available first time we went if not closed. Ordered my size shoes online. Shoes came in broken box but they did not fit me. Rang belmont and they said its fine to exchange. When I actually he said we cannot exchange with broken box. Now stuck with a pair on shoes that will not fit. Wont be buying from these guys again. Ended up donating the shoes to good will as I have no use for them.
10/10 experience!! Lovely young ladies helped my brother, friend and myself today . They were accommodating and accepting of my friends autism even assisting her with her sensory needs! Such a blessing these young ladies were. Will be back again
