I recently visited the Platypus Belconnen store on November 3rd, 2024, around 2 PM with the intention of purchasing a pair of Crocs for my 8-year-old son. After purchasing the shoes, valued at approximately AUD 137, we discovered that the heel height was unsuitable for my son, leading to difficulty in walking and subsequent falls. I waited a significant time in line to speak to someone about the difference between some shoes. When I finally spoke to someone, they followed me to help then started helping another lady instead of me. It ruined the experience for me and I left. I won't be shopping here anymore.
Waited for 20 min just to get the size and no one came up and said if there was a size, people behind me got served earlier then me, horrible service. Got there specially to get some shoes left very dissatisfied
