Despite my trepidation about older people buying sneakers, the shop assistant, William was patient and encouraging.as we worked through my likes and dislikes, including the need for orthotics. The result is that I have the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn. I am thrilled to bits. Thank you so much William at Platypus Albury. I'll be back!

Absolutely love this store . I’m 49 and this is one of the very few shops of any type that don’t look at older people and treat them like they don’t belong .All the staff - all of them are incredible and make you feel really welcome and they know what I like style wise and colour wise.i really recommend platypus Albury
I have bad anxiety and it comes off as "weird", but when i click with someone like the manager here today, im happy and bright. The manager was an absolute natural with hospitality and i ended up buying 3 more things because of his attitude. Definitely deserves a pay raise if he hasnt already gotten one.
