Was pretty disappointed to walk into your store today wanting to buy our daughter some shoes. Could not see the shoes that she really wanted in her size, my husband approached the counter only to appear to interupt the man working. He asked if they had the size we were looking for and the man working shrugged us off and just said no. We were the only people in the store. Whoever the bigger lady with coloured is that works in the weekends is needs to be taught a lesson js basic customer service & human decency!!! I haVE NEVER been accused of theft before but the second I walked into that store she was watching me like a hawk making my entire experience in that store horrific from the get go! Then when I do actually go to put a purchase though she is beyond rude and would much rather sit there on her phone then assist any customers in the store. Thanks to Suzy was working the late night shift. We rocked up at The store at 5:15 pm Suzy let us shop around and assisted as well and eventually we were able to buy something. We always described. Thank you very much for your excellent service and I much appreciated your time.
