28/11/2025 I came into the store no less than an hour ago to get an exchange on a pair of Doc Martens. They were just a size too big. The sales assistant notified me that there were none in stock and offered to place a new order for the size I was after. I was told that the shoes would have to be refunded and that a new order would need to be placed, but I wasn’t told that I would have to pay for them again. (as in out of pocket. Thursday morning this week, went in for a pair of Vans. Curly hair sales assistant on her phone texting the whole time. Asked her for a size 8, after I tried them on, I realised they were 8.5. She didn't tell me she gave me the incorrect size on purpose. Clearly, she didn't have the size I wanted in stock so wanted to sell existing store stock.
