The customer service at this store was genuinely disappointing. We walked in ready to buy, but staff couldn’t have been less helpful..rude, uninterested, and clearly lacking any product knowledge of what they actually sell. Asked a few basic questions and got blank stares or attitude in return. Safe to say we won’t be back.
Purchased some shoes, got home and realised they had charged me an extra $20. Contacted the online team and they said I had to go back to the store to deal with it (even though I had bank and receipt proof). These shoes are a Christmas present to be given tonight! and I don’t exactly live close to the store. No other solution was offered. Be sure to check the price! Who knows how many other people were ripped off.
Went in for a basic essential of Denim shorts! Got told they don’t even have up to size 38 in stock. I’m over 2 meters tall and they have blatantly discriminated against people with my stature. It’s not fair when I see 20 people that I walked past while walking to Southlands exit wearing denim shorts, the funny thing is size 38-40 is a completely normal size.
