The two girls working were so lovely and attentive. Very happy with the in store service
I visited that shop on last Monday around 4:15pm and shop was very quiet. I bought my shoes but I didn’t like the customer service et all, the boy who was in the counter, he was busy with his friend and keep talking with her. He didn’t bother for selling the product.
The new manager Katerina is amazing, customer service could not have been any better, 100% opposite to previous shopping experiences there in the past
Was served by Hayley today she lacked customer service and just looked like I was unwanted in this store after telling her the shoes are for overseas present she said you know you won’t be able to return or exchange which to me I never mentioned I was anyway. She didn’t like my presence as I’m visibly scarfed so may be she is just racist and had issues with my faith I will not be back in this store. To other shoppers she was just friendly but to me just rude and a stuck up.
