Had to do a very last-minute shop at Platypus Woodgrove after the shoes I ordered arrived in the wrong size.🤦♀️ I walked in feeling overwhelmed and stressed, especially with my 2-month-old baby crying and overtired. A lovely staff member named Kat completely turned the experience around. The two girls working were so lovely and attentive. Very happy with the in store service
I visited that shop on last Monday around 4:15pm and shop was very quiet. I bought my shoes but I didn’t like the customer service et all, the boy who was in the counter, he was busy with his friend and keep talking with her. He didn’t bother for selling the product.
The new manager Katerina is amazing, customer service could not have been any better, 100% opposite to previous shopping experiences there in the past
