Disappointing Experience with Store Manager – Refused Genuine Return I had a very disappointing experience at your Castlehill Platypus store. We visited to return or exchange a pair of shoes that had not been used outside – they were worn once indoors just to check the size, which turned out to be unsuitable. Terrible non existent customer service this morning , not acknowledged even though we were standing waiting for the store to open, walked in and still didn’t get any acknowledgment. Only hip hop music so we went and spent our money at Hype instead. Won’t be back.
