Just bought 3 pairs of shoes from Ruthie! She was so attentive and did not pressure me eventhough I tried on many different sizes. Please look for Ruthie if you want to be taken good care of!
Bought a new pair of shoes last Thursday night and had the most lovely employee looking after me! A young girl named Angelina looking after the whole store by herself, so bubbly and so helpful too. I’ve never had better customer service. I’ll 100% be going back because of her. She deserves a raise for sure.
Brought a new pair of shoes from Platypus last night and we were served by the delightful ASM, Ange! She was very friendly, engaging and super helpful! We had a bit of a joke around too which was nice! Very different experience to something that is normally purely transactional - very refreshing! Also got the pair of shoes in the end! Thanks Ange!
Brilliant customer service here last week from a lady and agent. I had found shoes online; they didn't have them instore but arranged fast shipping to my house. I got them in under 24 hours at no extra charge from interstate. Well done team. Thanks so much for your help
Although my preferred style wasn’t initially available, the team member on duty—Angelina (apologies if I’ve misspelled her name!)—went above and beyond to assist. She took the time to check for available sizes, suggest alternative styles, and was consistently proactive, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right pair.
