I visited Platypus Erin’s with my wife and an active 4 year old boy. We were greeted by a wonderful lady named Abbey. Her advice was invaluable in guiding us to the most suitable size and brand. She was so patient, welcoming and good humoured. Without a doubt I will be back to this shop and could not recommend it highly enough.
Always great shoes
I visited this store to buy a pair of shoes for my son. Since I wasn’t sure about his exact size, I asked the staff for assistance. They brought out two sizes—2 and 3—and asked my son to try on the size 2. After checking the fit, they advised us not to even try the size 3, claiming it would be far too big. I trusted their recommendation, paid for the shoes, and my son left the store wearing them.
