Love shopping here - the store manager Abby really knows her stuff and customer service is second to none. Always greeted by friendly team members and store looks 10/10
Warning ⚠️ horrible customer service and product quality and total disregard for Australian consumer law. Had a pleasant experience with salesperson was very quick but polite. Rang back the very next day to returns pair of damaged on cloud trainers and was told to come in and have it sorted out. Also told again bye blonde sales girl that it's defect an no good and she will go talk to he manger. Went in to this store last Friday afternoon to get some shoes and was attended to by a young lady with an Irish accent (not sure what her name is) . Best customer service I’ve ever had at Erina Fair, welcoming, friendly and good knowledge on the shoes I was asking about. Got exactly what I wanted and was out of there all in 10 mins.
I visited Platypus Erin’s with my wife and an active 4 year old boy. We were greeted by a wonderful lady named Abbey. Her advice was invaluable in guiding us to the most suitable size and brand. She was so patient, welcoming and good humoured. Without a doubt I will be back to this shop and could not recommend it highly enough.
