Harry had the best customer service nearly walked out of the shop to buy elsewhere as the store was so hot as air con not working. This is not working weather i felt so sorry for the staff. You need ti fix it for the health of your staff
Extremely helpful staff, struggle with shoe sizes but staff helped all the way, couldn't ask for more from them
Went into platypus today to get some black Air Force’s for my daughter Harry the manager let us know he did not sell them at platypus but the store hype around the corner did, he took it a step further and let us try on the same model in a different colour even though we would not be making the purchase there. We went into Hype and were not looked at or greeted by either of the 2 workers behind the counter. Highly recommend visiting Platypus Shoes at Warringah Mall. Always incredible service from Emma specifically, she always makes sure i leave with exactly what i want and if they don’t have the shoes im after in-store, she orders them for me. Always leave pleased and am very happy with my new shoes, Thank you.
I couldn’t recommend a shoe store in the mall more than platypus. The manager Harry took his time showing us different models and answered every question we had. I never find shoe shopping easy, but Harry really made sure we were listened to and looked after from the moment we walked in.
