I want to give a special thank you to the young man who helped my son at Platypus Warringah on the 15th of September. My son is mentally challenged, and finding the right shoes can be a bit of a process. The staff member was so patient, understanding, and kind the entire time. He didn’t rush us, he really listened, and he made sure my son felt comfortable and happy with his choice. It’s rare these days to find someone in retail who genuinely cares. As a mum, it meant the world to see my son treated with such respect.
Really friendly and welcoming. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for, went above and beyond to assist my family and I. Will return again to use my rewards!
2 completely entitled average girls behind the counter (i don’t know why or what for) just rudely talking amongst themselves. The seemed to be bad mouthing another customer. Zero professionalism. This must be a franchise as I doubt despite all these negative reviews why they continue to be the way they are. Very bad energy, nasty energy, just horrible. Not my first bad experience here. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
Bought my mom shoes for a Christmas Present and due to unfortunate circumstances she wasn’t able to try them on nor able to even use them at all as she was put into the hospital for 3months just before Christmas.
