Awesome little store, everything is neat and tidy. Staff member tonight (I think her name was Chantel) was super friendly and helpful! ☺️
1/5/25 Thank you to Alannah who was friendly and knowledgeable but equally importantly not too pushy. After going for a walk to think about it I returned to purchase the runners and was even more impressed with how she juggled the now busy store with the same lovely attitude!! I recently purchased a pair of shoes from this store, but they didn’t fit me. I returned to the store just 10 minutes after purchasing them to request an exchange, but the staff member named Allanna refused to allow either an exchange or a refund. I spent an hour arguing and trying to resolve the issue. After a lot of frustration and persistence, they finally agreed to take the shoes back.
