went shopping yesterday and one of the workers there were very condescending and talking to me like i didn’t know anything about sizes. very rude and wasn’t helpful at all and just made me feel very uncomfortable and wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience. proper customer service should be retrained to some workers. I wouldn’t go here again. 👍🏾
Very poor customer service. Picked two different styles of shoes to purchase and did not have size! The two female Staff are more interested in talking to each other behind the counter before they acknowledge you in their empty store! Left with nothing and would bypass Platypus Morayfield next shoe purchase!

I had an amazing experience with Ana today. I was after a specific type of shoe and she went over and above to order it for me. She was so kind and friendly - made the shopping experience so comfortable and easy. Thank you Ana!
Love the Morayfield store, the staff are super friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of shoes in February and they were faulty after 3mths. Shak exchanged them straight away. Unfortunately the same thing happened after a couple of weeks. Again, I took them back and Shak again looked after me. Unfortunately, I ended up having to choose another pair as I didn’t want to risk the same issue happening again. Disappointed with the quality of shoe but happy with the service from the store.
