Absolutely appalling customer service from start to finish. I ordered a pair of DC shoes online after being told they weren’t available in store. When my order arrived, I was sent a completely different pair of shoes. This mistake was entirely Platypus’s fault, yet I was the one who had to spend my own time trying to fix it. I asked for a certain colour shoe in a different size, and the staff member grabbed a box from the back and took it straight to the counter without giving me a chance to properly look at them. After I left, I realised they were the wrong shoes. I went back to exchange them, only to be told you don’t even have the correct shoe in my size. I then asked for a refund, but your EFTPOS system “wasn’t working” and I was told to come back another time after IT looks at it. went shopping yesterday and one of the workers there were very condescending and talking to me like i didn’t know anything about sizes. very rude and wasn’t helpful at all and just made me feel very uncomfortable and wasn’t a pleasant shopping experience. proper customer service should be retrained to some workers. I wouldn’t go here again. 👍🏾
Very poor customer service. Picked two different styles of shoes to purchase and did not have size! The two female Staff are more interested in talking to each other behind the counter before they acknowledge you in their empty store! Left with nothing and would bypass Platypus Morayfield next shoe purchase!
Very helpful staff. Easy to get served on a Wed morning. In and out in 20min.
