Went in to the stockland store on Sunday the 8th of Feb. There were 3 guys behind the counter talking and no one in the store but myself. In 5 minutes looking at shoes not one of the sale staff asked if I needed help, they were to busy talking shit to each other. I was going to buy some converse, but I will not be back. Very bad sales staff
Just go online and buy direct from manufacturers. I have always tried to purchase locally however there is no point with such poor and disappointing service from a shop that had our business prior. I would just recommend to buy all your shoes online and let the manufacturer deliver to your door. I am confident the manufacturer will back up their own products after finding defects whereas in my experience this store has no product support if you have an issue.
Tried on a pair of shoes they fit great was going to buy. Asked the girl for a fresh pair as i didnt want to buy the floor stock shoes that others have already worn and walked in. “No sorry we dont do that” what so you are willing to sell people dirty shoes ? Nike air force 1s at $170? And you want to sell me them used and cruddy yeah nah. Stupid policy?
I was assisted by the young male at your wendouree store. Service and patience 10/10. I ended up getting two pairs 😊 very happy with my purchase. Thank you!!
