To the male staff member who was working around 10:00am today. I came in to buy a pair of women’s nike dunks, and even though he was already helping another customer by getting shoes from the back and helping with her enquires - he still took the time to ask what I was looking for and helped me at the same time. He did a great job multitasking and made sure we both got the same level of service. Jason provided exceptional customer service with an exchange today. He was attentive, helpful, juggled several customers at the same time & had good product knowledge. Even though the items were originally purchased online, he was more than willing to assist. I've never been to the Stanhope store before, however, I'll definitely return (& recommend it to others). 100% praise for Jason's support today.
Received a pair of “KNU Skool Vans -True White” from my brother for Christmas, which I love! They are exactly what I was looking for. It was also a fast delivery.
