Jason provided exceptional customer service with an exchange today. He was attentive, helpful, juggled several customers at the same time & had good product knowledge. Even though the items were originally purchased online, he was more than willing to assist. I've never been to the Stanhope store before, however, I'll definitely return (& recommend it to others). 100% praise for Jason's support today.
Received a pair of “KNU Skool Vans -True White” from my brother for Christmas, which I love! They are exactly what I was looking for. It was also a fast delivery. But my main reason for leaving a review is because I wanted to thank the staff at Platypus Stanhope because as I opened the vans box on Christmas morning, to my delight I opened up a personal message with a bible verse on it *John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life... read more

Bought a new pair of kicks today and the service was exceptional. Staff were patient and attentive staff as I tried on about 6 different pairs. Lots of customers, but everyone was looked after. I drove 45 minutes to this store- glad I did. Price was spot on too! Randall served me - great guy, deserves a pay rise!
