Yesterday I went into the Rockingham store and a wonderful, lovely and beautiful staff member was working. Beatrix was working on her own, and she was absolutely the most helpful staff member I have ever had in a retail service. She tracked down the shoes I've been searching for, for months and whilst doing so, I had the loveliest conversation with her. Her service and warmth made my day. She was such a gem. Thank you for a wonderful experience in the Platypus Rockingham store Bea.
