I just wanted to pass on feedback from my recent experience. I was in there the other day shopping around, I was greeted by a lovely lady i think her name was Tamer. I didnt feel pressured to buy things the lady just had a chat with me about my day and her day. Worst customer service, arrogant and rude staff.
I’ve been a loyal customer and have purchased at least five pairs of shoes or more from this store over time. While the quality of most products has been satisfactory, I recently had a very disappointing experience that has completely changed my perception of this place. One of the sneakers I purchased started falling apart—the sole began popping out—after just two days of light use (commuting from home to office and back, no rough activity involved). Amazing range and prices. Great customer service
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience in your store — I was misled and overcharged. I purchased two pairs of shoes only, but the staff gave me the wrong price for one of the shoes and told me it included two pairs of socks, then asked me to pick a pair. While I was doing that, the attendant added a protector spray and white laces to the transaction without my consent.
