Came in on Sunday, was served by a lovely girl called Candice. I am very picky about my shoes and she stayed with me, helping me decide and suggesting some super great alternatives and had a constant smile on her face ! I can most definitely say that I will be returning here as well as my family and friends. Thanks so much. 😃
went in the other day, the actual shop was alright but the person serving me had questionable hygiene. usually i dont comment on stuff like this (we are all going thru stuff, i get it), but deodorant is fairly cheap and its not hard to sit in the shower every once in a while. the ENTIRE STORE reeked of b/o and i was unable to make a purchase because of this. found similar shoes at hype dc and had no issues there, the staff were lovely :-) i dont want to bring up any identifiable details about the worker, but please address t... read more
Second time now I've gone into this store to buy shoes and not been acknowledged by staff. 2 girls were standing at the counter more interested in their conversation then the customers trying to get their attention. Left here and went to Kotara platypus and was greeted and helped straight away...

The young man was not very helpful it’s saying on online that you have sketchers shoe but they don’t we ask we’re to go get some he told us the other end when it was only two shops down you losted sales mate because my wife brought 5 pairs of shoes for her and my kids disgrace customer service at its best will never to to this shop again
