Very disappointing experience due to rude staff behaviour. I ordered two pairs of shoes and a pack of three socks (size 7–9) online. After trying them, I found the socks to be uncomfortably tight, so I visited the Platypus Craigieburn store yesterday evening to exchange them for a larger size or request a refund. The staff member I dealt with was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was told the socks could not be returned because I had cut the plastic tie holding them together.
