Outstanding Customer Service at Platypus Karrinyup I would like to commend Tyron, the Store Manager at Platypus Karrinyup, for providing exceptional customer service. Tyron was incredibly patient and helpful throughout our shopping experience. He brought out numerous pairs of shoes for us to try and never made us feel rushed. Went into Platypus Karrinyup late this afternoon. Two staff at counter chatting. I wandered, genuinely in need of some very specific shoes. To get assistance I had to approach the staff and ask for help. My request was met immediately by the male staff member who couldn't have been more apologetic or more helpful. He listened to my specific needs (podiatrist list of requirements) and gave me good advice and options.
Went into this store on Saturday and I have never seen such a miserable bunch of team, it's not hard to say hello. I get it it's busy but I had 2 shoes I wanted to try but ended up leaving because of poor service.
