Staff at shop today (02/01/26 @ 1454hrs) terrible and uninterested. All three standing at counter while store was full of people no one walking around offering help or assistance. Went up to ask for sizing and seemed like a lot of effort for them to get. They then stood behind the counter and continued to help no one and do nothing. No wonder retail shopping is dying and people prefer to buy online.

Great service and fantastic range. I always love shopping in Platypus but, the music is far too loud. I couldn't hear what the sales lady was saying and she couldn't hear me. I mentioned the music was too loud but she just smiled. Please Platypus, turn it down!

All the staff here are extremely attentive and helpful. Their Karrinyup store always has a great range of shoes and plenty of sizes in stock. They went out of there way this past wekeend to be really helpful about a technical issue that I really appreciate, especially leading up to Christmas. Will always recommend this store and continue to make all my shoe purchases here in the future. Thanks again.
