Went into Platypus Karrinyup late this afternoon. Two staff at counter chatting. I wandered, genuinely in need of some very specific shoes. To get assistance I had to approach the staff and ask for help. My request was met immediately by the male staff member who couldn't have been more apologetic or more helpful. He listened to my specific needs (podiatrist list of requirements) and gave me good advice and options.

Went into this store on Saturday and I have never seen such a miserable bunch of team, it's not hard to say hello. I get it it's busy but I had 2 shoes I wanted to try but ended up leaving because of poor service.

Staff at shop today (02/01/26 @ 1454hrs) terrible and uninterested. All three standing at counter while store was full of people no one walking around offering help or assistance. Went up to ask for sizing and seemed like a lot of effort for them to get. They then stood behind the counter and continued to help no one and do nothing. No wonder retail shopping is dying and people prefer to buy online.
